Our platform features a simple and secure order form. Just let us know the giftcard amounts, recipient names, and recipient email addresses, and we’ll issue all digital incentives within two business days of receiving your order.

Once you’ve placed your order, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that Haven will manage all consumer interface regarding the gifts. Our team is trained to handle any and all questions consumers may have about how to find, claim, and use their gifts.

For incentives with individual values of $25 or more, our incentives processing/admin fee is 10% (US domestic) or 20% (international). This fee covers all fees associated with virtual incentives, plus all logistical coordination and correspondence with recipients, including gift redemption tracking and confirmation. We actively manage this process to ensure recipients are satisfied.

Special rates apply for incentives with individual values below $25. Please note that our giftcard platform cannot cover certain countries that forbid Visas®, forbid citizens to engage in foreign transactions, or lack the infrastructure to accept Visa® cards.
